Behind the camera
My name is Karen Lundquist, I am an international photographer, video producer and visual artist.
I'm originally from Mexico but Sweden has been my adopted country since 2013. I live in the marvellous city of Stockholm with my husband, Joakim and our cheeky black cat, Minibar.
I graduated from a Master of Arts in Visual communications from the Birmingham City University, a Master in Music Documentary from La casa del Cine Barcelona and a photography specialisation course from the Michelangelo Institute in Florence, Italy.
During the past 16 years I have worked producing video and photography in the U.K., Spain, Mexico and Sweden.
Creativity is my motor! and evoking the 'wow' factor in people is my strive!
Nothing makes me happier than going to work and meet the couples I am going to photograph on the day when their dreams are coming true, being there capturing each moment and helping preserve these instances of pure love and absolute happiness for posterity, I feel so lucky!
